November Jolly Rogers Fishing Update
We're now in winter mode, not too much fishing going on in the waters off Port Renfrew. A bit too stormy out there on Swiftsure Bank these days. There's been some decent fishing in Sooke for winter springs, but only in between rain and wind storms. We're cozy by the woodstove and not moving until April.
I thought I'd post a photo emailed to me by a happy customer from last summer. It's a plaster cast done by his wife of the beauty 26 pound Camper Creek spring he caught with Jolly Rogers. Pretty cool!
We're open for reservations for the 2007 summer season, so if you want one of the hot dates (weekends, holidays), you should get your reservation in sooner than later, don't be disappointed.
